The price in Mallah doesn't match the delivery app. Why?+
Prices, delivery fees, and promotions change constantly and can vary by your exact location, the time of day, and ongoing offers. Mallah refreshes prices regularly, but we can't guarantee a listed price is live at the exact moment you order. Always confirm the final total inside the delivery app before you pay.
Is Mallah part of the delivery apps it compares?+
No. Mallah is completely independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any delivery platform. Any third-party names or logos belong to their respective owners.
How do I report a wrong price or a bug?+
Email support@mallahapp.com with the item, the app it appeared in, your city, and a screenshot if you have one.
Does Mallah charge me or place orders for me?+
No. Mallah does not process payments or place orders. You order and pay directly in the delivery app you choose. Mallah only helps you compare before you go.
How do I delete my account and data?+

Delete your account & data
You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. In line with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), we'll honour verified requests.
